im gonna unwind, avoid as much boredom
and stay fit healthy...

i wanna have a flat tummy always and not go beyond my desired weight..
im gonna make it work this holiday..

as for major unwind sessions,
im flying for my holiday after christmas..
you can imagine how hectic things can be
if you really go for holiday on christmas..

and for minor unwind sessions,
hanging out with best budds, buddies or bf..
